Historical House with a very old bathroom tiles and layout. we demo the entire walls, ceilings, floors to the studs. we raised the sub floor to to be finished at the same level of the wood floor. we repipe all the plumbing to new locations. we upgraded the electrical up to code. redesign the bathroom and changing our the windows. changing the door opening and installing new pocket door. installing new mosaic tiles on floors, subway tiles on shower walls. installing vintage style vanity and faucets that coming out from the wall. installing new toilet, free standing soaking tub, shower heads, shower valves and new completed paint on walls and ceilings.
