This project is part of complete home remodeling in south pasadena. we designed open floor concept between the living room, dining room and kitchen. we opened the laundry wall and we included the washer and dryer in the kitchen cabinets. upgraded the entire plumbing and electrical. adding recessed lights. installing new laminate floors in the first floor and loft. installing prefab cabinets, quartz countertop, replacing interior and exterior doors, painting entire house and adding recessed lights in each bedroom.
