This project was done in 2 month. we opened up the wall between the dining room and the old kitchen. we’ve removed all old plaster walls and ceilings to the studs. we’ve removed the old floor down to the sub floor. we’ve change the location of the exit door and reframe new window above sink. the floor joist in one area was sagging and we had to replace, raised the foundation and installing new sub floor and level to existing. installed new wood siding, exterior door, and build new concrete steps. installed insulation on walls and ceiling and cover it with drywall and paint. installed kitchen cabinets and quartz counter top. install new floor tiles, and backsplash around and above counter top. install appliances.
Relocate water heater and installed new tankless water heater. upgrade panel box to 200AMP.
